LARGE PARTY RESERVATIONS
Planning a birthday, celebration, corporate gathering, rehearsal dinner, or special event? We’d love to host your group. We welcome large parties and are committed to providing an exceptional experience for every guest. Because larger groups require additional staffing, preparation, and reserved seating capacity, special policies apply to reservations of 15 or more guests.

LARGE PARTY RESERVATIONS
Reservations for 15 or more guests require a $150 non-refundable large-party reservation fee.

• The $150 fee is required to secure the reservation.

• The fee is non-refundable.

• The fee is not applied toward the final food or beverage bill.

• The fee is forfeited if the reservation is cancelled.

• The fee does not become a credit toward a future reservation.
  This fee allows us to reserve the necessary space and staffing for your group and prepare appropriately for your arrival.

FINAL GUEST COUNT
When making your reservation, please provide your most accurate guest count. Your final guest count must be established in advance of your reservation date. We are not able to accommodate increases or changes to the guest count on the same day as the reservation. Because large parties require advance planning, staffing, table arrangements, and preparation, we cannot guarantee that additional guests can be accommodated when your group arrives. If your guest count changes, please notify us as soon as possible.

CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION
All changes to a large-party reservation must be made in writing by email with the person who originally booked your reservation. This includes changes to the guest count, reservation time, cancellation requests, special requests, seating requests, and other changes related to your reservation. Please do not rely on verbal requests made to other employees or staff members. Changes are not considered confirmed until they have been acknowledged by the person handling your reservation via email.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
All large-party reservation fees are non-refundable. The $150 large-party reservation fee will not be refunded for cancellations, reductions in party size, changes in plans, no-shows, or other circumstances. We understand that plans can change. However, because we commit staffing, space, and preparation specifically for your group, we are unable to provide refunds of large-party reservation fees.

PARTY SIZE
We ask that you provide an accurate guest count when making your reservation. If your group becomes smaller, please notify us by email as soon as possible. If your group becomes larger, we cannot guarantee that additional guests can be accommodated, and we are unable to make same-day additions to the reservation. Please do not assume that additional guests will be able to join your party without prior written confirmation.

ARRIVAL & TIMING
Large parties require additional coordination, so we ask that your group arrive as close to the scheduled reservation time as possible. If your group is running late or your plans change, please contact the person who booked your reservation as soon as possible. Late arrival does not guarantee an extension of the reservation time, particularly during busy service periods.

SPECIAL EVENTS & GROUP EXPERIENCES
For larger gatherings, our team may be able to assist with planning special arrangements depending on the size and nature of your event. Please contact us in advance to discuss birthday celebrations, corporate gatherings, rehearsal dinners, holiday gatherings, celebrations, group dining, or other special events. Advance notice allows our team to determine what arrangements may be available for your group.

WHY WE HAVE THESE POLICIES
Large reservations require significantly more planning than a standard reservation. We may need to reserve substantial seating capacity, schedule additional staff, coordinate tables, prepare the service team, and make operational adjustments specifically for your group. These policies allow us to plan appropriately and provide the best possible experience for your party while continuing to provide excellent service to our other guests.

We'd love to host your group. For reservations of 15 or more guests, please contact us directly with your preferred date, preferred reservation time, expected guest count, type of event or occasion, and any special requests. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will provide the information necessary to complete the booking, including the $150 non-refundable large-party reservation fee.

Large Party Experience
Large parties are welcome to celebrate with us, but all groups will be hosted within our normal restaurant operations. Because we are open to the public, we do not adjust, lower, or change our music, sound levels, lighting, or general atmosphere for private groups. Guests are welcome to organize their own celebrations, presentations, speeches, games, or other activities; however, these activities must take place within the normal operation of the restaurant and may not interfere with our guests, staff, service, or business operations. We do not provide dedicated space, sound systems, microphones, or special programming accommodations unless specifically agreed to in advance. A large-party reservation does not constitute a private event or exclusive use of the restaurant.
