The NEW RULES Bar Manager / Lead is innovative, motivated, highly entrepreneurial, and efficient with time & resources. 40 hours max weekly allocated to perform the following duties and responsibilities:

$22-27 hourly + Bonus
Job 40 hours a week
7 days PTO (5 days accrual each year)
Healthcare Expense Reimbursement Stipend
$25 for events bookings under $1000, $50 for event bookings over $2000
1 Free 4hr bookings at NEW RULES Annually
1 Free 3-night booking at any NEW RULES-owned short-term rental property accrued each year

Bartenders, Line Cooks, Waiters, Table Bussers
Must-Have: Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 2 years work experience as Bar Lead/Bar Manager/General Manager
High school diploma preferred
2 Years of Bar Experience
Background Check
Excellent written and oral communications
Ability to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects by stated deadlines and standards
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
Flexible and able to learn new technologies
Client service orientation emphasizing quality work
Well-organized and good at prioritizing work
Balanced use of independent action and collaborative problem-solving
